Fill the Gaps: Book in a Personal Shop and I will create a personalised shopping list to complete your wardrobe and ensure you have everything you need. Cancellation Policy

STYLING SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS Full prior payment is required to confirm your booking for any of my styling services; Wardrobe Makeovers, Personal Shopping, After Shop Styling, Occasion Shopping & Group Styling. Group Styling is booked via email. Cancellations made with more than 5 working days of the scheduled service will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or a Credit will be issued Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $100 service fee and a Credit for the balance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee. ​ GIFT VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS Gift Vouchers & Discounts are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase or issue. Discounts are non transferrable. Vouchers & Discounts are only redeemable for use within Perth, WA. Bookings for styling services purchased using a gift voucher or discount are to be made directly by emailing stylebyrachelmetropolis@outlook.com. All gift vouchers will be emailed or mailed out within 5 business days from the date of purchase. ​ PRIVACY I respect your details and your privacy.
